Turkey's New Medium-Term Program to Boost TROY Card Usage and Digital Lira

Turkey's new Medium-Term Program (OVP) includes plans to establish an Investor Risk Center for systemic risk detection and to increase the adoption of the domestic TROY payment system. Digital Turkish Lira initiatives are also part of the program.
