Turkey's New Drillship Yıldırım Departs for First Mission in Black Sea

The Yıldırım deep-sea drilling ship, Turkey's newest energy vessel, has departed from Filyos Port for its first mission in the Black Sea, where it will initially operate in the Türkali-16 well. Constructed in South Korea in 2024, the Yıldırım is capable of drilling up to 12,000 meters and is equipped with advanced technology.
