Turkey’s Tax Administration Automates More Than 200,000 Letters

Turkey’s Revenue Administration has used robotic process automation to prepare and deliver more than 200,000 letters without staff intervention. The Digital Tax Office also received about 18.3 million applications and petitions in nine months.
