Turkish Competition Authority Approves Share Transfer in Seğmen Kardeşler Gıda

Turkey's Competition Authority has approved the first phase of an investment by Altun Gıda and GMS Yatırım Holding in Seğmen Kardeşler Gıda Üretim ve Ambalaj Sanayi A.Ş. The approval allows Altun Gıda and GMS Yatırım Holding to acquire a controlling stake.
