Vestel and Anadolu Group to Sell 46% Stake in Togg to Turkcell and TVF
Vestel Elektronik and Anadolu Grubu are nearing a deal to sell their combined 46% stake in electric vehicle manufacturer Togg. Turkcell and the Turkey Wealth Fund (TVF) are reportedly in advanced talks to acquire the shares.
