Yum! Brands Sells Pizza Hut Chain in $2.7 Billion Two-Part Deal

Yum! Brands is selling its Pizza Hut chain in two separate deals totaling $2.7 billion. The sale includes the chain outside of China to LongRange Capital for $1.5 billion and China operations to Yum China for $1.2 billion.
