Culture and Tourism Minister Mehmet Nuri Ersoy presented a facsimile of İsmâil Hakkı Bursevî's work, Rûhu’l-Beyân fî Tefsîri’l-Kur’ân, to President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. This marks the first time the manuscript has been reproduced for the academic and cultural community.
