Tanja Koen, first NCRV television announcer and pioneer, dies at 100

Tanja Koen, the first television announcer for Dutch broadcaster NCRV and a pioneer of early Dutch television, has died at the age of 100. She became famous overnight in 1951 when television was introduced in the Netherlands.
