Fred Tsui Appointed Executive Director of Hong Kong International Film Festival Society
Veteran sales agent and producer Fred Tsui has been appointed the new executive director of the Hong Kong International Film Festival Society, succeeding Albert Lee. Tsui will oversee the festival and its year-round activities starting September 23.
