Günther Maria Halmer, 'Münchner Geschichten' Star, Dies at 83 After Illness

German actor Günther Maria Halmer, best known for his role as "Tscharlie" in the TV series "Münchner Geschichten" and "Anwalt Abel", has died at the age of 83 after battling cancer. Halmer, who also worked alongside Hollywood stars, dedicated his life to German television and theater.
