Travel Publication Names Istanbul's Kadıköy Neighborhood as 'Coolest'

Travel publication Brooklyn Of has named Yeldeğirmeni neighborhood in Istanbul's Kadıköy district as the 'coolest' in the city, out of 155 cities worldwide. The neighborhood was highlighted for its street art and independent culture.
