Mariska Hargitay Set to Host the 2026 Emmy Awards

The "Law & Order: SVU" star Mariska Hargitay has been announced as the host for the 2026 Emmy Awards. She will be the first performer not primarily known for comedy to host since 2008 and the first woman to MC the show since Jane Lynch in 2011.
