I was 148kg when I almost died from sepsis. Doctors told me it could come back any time and my weight was a risk factor. So I lost 50kg WITHOUT Ozempic - this is how I did it

At 148kg, I had a horror health scare that left me in hospital for four months. Afterwards, I was at constant risk of getting sick again - unless I massively overhauled my health.
