Finistère Department Head Maël de Calan Acquitted of Harassing RSA Recipients

Maël de Calan, president of the Finistère Departmental Council, has been acquitted by the Brest court. He and a colleague were accused by the CGT union of moral harassment against RSA (welfare) recipients.
