Turkey Considers Assigning Different Teachers to Primary School Grades 1–2 and 3–4

Education Minister Yusuf Tekin said Turkey is discussing a model that would assign different teachers to grades 1–2 and 3–4. The plan could be dropped if teachers oppose it.
