Appeals Court Refuses Trump Administration Bid to Set Aside California Mail Ballots

A federal appeals court declined to order California to set aside about 20,000 mail ballots flagged by the Justice Department as potentially cast by noncitizens. The panel said the administration must wait for the trial judge.
