Pistorius Says Germany Can Meet Bundeswehr Staffing Needs Without Conscription

Defense Minister Boris Pistorius says the Bundeswehr has about 190,000 personnel, its highest level in 13 years. If growth continues, Germany may not need to reinstate conscription.
