California to Ban Sales of Single-Use E-Cigarettes by 2028

California Governor Gavin Newsom signed an order to prohibit the production, import, and retail sale of single-use e-cigarettes, aiming to combat environmental pollution. The ban will take effect in stages, starting January 1, 2027.
