Ada Colau proposes wealth tax on fortunes over €1 million to raise more than €10 billion

Ada Colau proposed an annual 2% tax on wealth above €1 million, rising to 3% for fortunes over €50 million. She says it could raise more than €10 billion to support public services and pensions.
