Constitutional Court Rules in Favor of Employee Dismissed Before Seniority Requirement Met

The Constitutional Court of Turkey found that an employee dismissed two days before meeting the six-month seniority requirement was denied their right to a reasoned decision, violating their right to a fair trial. The case will be retried in the relevant appellate court.
