DMM Denies Fake Document Attributed to Foreign Ministry on Uganda

The DMM announced that a document falsely attributed to the Foreign Ministry regarding Uganda's General Muhoozi Kainerugaba is entirely fake. It urged the public to disregard such fabricated documents and rely only on official sources.
