Justice Department Moves to Dismiss Lawsuit Over 20,000 California Ballots
The Justice Department moved to dismiss its lawsuit seeking to set aside about 20,000 California ballots it alleged were cast by noncitizens. The Supreme Court had rejected the Trump administration’s emergency appeal.
