Dutch Cabinet Drops 2.5% Student Loan Interest Cap as Costs Exceed Budget
Education Minister Rianne Letschert says the planned 2.5% cap on student loan interest would cost far more than the €40 million budgeted. Former students may therefore pay rates above 2.5%.
