EU Parliament Deal Would Allow Combustion and Hybrid Car Sales After 2035
EU Parliament negotiators have agreed on a compromise that would allow new combustion-engine and hybrid cars to be sold after 2035. The deal would require new cars to cut CO₂ emissions by 87.5%.
