Former Groningen Mayor and PvdA Politician Jacques Wallage Dies at 79

Jacques Wallage, a former politician for the Labour Party (PvdA) and mayor of Groningen from 1998 to 2009, has died at the age of 79. His passing was announced by the municipality of Groningen.
