German Finance Minister Urges EU Action on High Fuel Prices and Windfall Tax

German Finance Minister Lars Klingbeil is urging the European Commission to act faster on implementing a windfall tax for oil companies, citing high fuel prices and concerns that companies are exploiting the situation for excessive profits.
