Stefanie Hubig Proposes Tougher Penalties for Group Rape and Sexual Harassment

Justice Minister Stefanie Hubig has proposed a bill setting a minimum five-year prison term for group rape. It would also make verbal sexual harassment punishable and extend the limitation period for rape to 20 years.
