Iran Proposes to Reopen Strait of Hormuz in Seven Days Under Conditions

Iran has proposed to the U.S. to reopen the Strait of Hormuz within seven days if certain conditions are met, according to Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi. Negotiations would follow if an agreement is reached.
