Audit Report Says Istanbul Municipality Paid Up to Four Times Market Prices for Desserts
Turkey’s Court of Accounts said Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality paid up to four times later market prices for some desserts in a 2025 procurement. The municipality said packaging, labor and logistics costs explained price differences.
