Istanbul opposition claims 4 council members moved out of city before vote

Yeni Parti Istanbul Provincial Chairman Özgür Çelik claims four Üsküdar municipal council members who switched to the AKP were moved out of Istanbul before a vote for deputy mayor. Çelik alleges this was done to prevent them from contacting family.
