Judge Rejects Zapatero's Bid to Halt Hacienda Tax Probe into Family

A judge has denied former Spanish Prime Minister José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero's request to suspend a tax investigation into him and his family. The court ruled that the administrative tax probe and the separate criminal investigation concern different matters and can proceed concurrently without violating Zapatero's rights.
