Laurent Nuñez Takes Responsibility for Failure Over October 17 Violence

Interior Minister Laurent Nuñez called the response to the October 17 violence a failure and said he was solely responsible. He acknowledged a lack of anticipation and said the public-order doctrine should be reviewed.
