Óscar Puente to Appear Before Spain’s Congress Over Urda Train Accident
Transport Minister Óscar Puente has requested to appear before Congress to report on the Urda train accident, which has killed at least 69 people. Sumar, Podemos and ERC had also called for him to appear.
