Putin Rejects Meeting With Zelenskyy, Citing Lack of Purpose

Russian President Vladimir Putin has responded to an open letter from Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, stating he sees "no point" in a direct meeting. Putin cited Zelenskyy's alleged creation of an environment that makes personal talks impossible and also justified the war by claiming Ukraine is defending itself against Russian attacks.
