Spain Allows MiDNI Digital ID for Voter Identification in November Elections

Spain’s Central Electoral Commission has restored MiDNI as an acceptable way to identify voters in the November 29 general election. Poll workers will verify a temporary QR code; the MiDGT app remains excluded.
