Spain’s Court of Auditors Applies Amnesty to Puigdemont and Others in Procés Spending Case
Spain’s Court of Auditors applied the amnesty to Carles Puigdemont, Oriol Junqueras and others in the case over spending linked to the Catalan procés. It said EU public funds were not proven to have been used.
