Turkey Begins 7.8 Billion Lira Home Care Assistance Payments
Turkey has begun depositing 7.8 billion lira in monthly Home Care Assistance payments for people with severe disabilities and their families, Social Services Minister Mahinur Özdemir Göktaş said.
