Turkey Plans ID Checks for Tobacco Sales and Limits on Cigarette Visibility

Health Minister Kemal Memişoğlu says a planned bill would require identity checks to verify buyers’ age for tobacco sales and limit cigarette visibility. He said the proposal is expected to go to Parliament in a few weeks.
