Turkey Announces 2027 Property Tax Construction Cost Values
Turkey's Ministry of Treasury and Finance and Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change have announced the construction cost values per square meter for property tax purposes for 2027. These values, published in the Official Gazette, will determine the tax base for properties.
