Turkey’s Constitutional Court to Consider Request to Invalidate Yeni Parti’s Name

Turkey’s Constitutional Court will consider a request to invalidate Yeni Parti’s name and emblem and remove the party from the political parties registry. The case followed a complaint by Yenilik Partisi over similar names.
