Turkish Court Rules Özgür Özel's Free Speech Violated in Fuat Oktay Case
Turkey's Constitutional Court ruled that the free speech of Özgür Özel was violated in a case involving statements made about former Vice President Fuat Oktay. The court ordered 50,000 Turkish Lira in moral damages and a retrial.
