Turkish Parliament to Discuss Kızılay Law Regulating Emergency Procurement

The Turkish Grand National Assembly will address the Kızılay Law, which allows the Turkish Red Crescent to procure strategic products without a tender during emergencies. This marks the first time Kızılay's duties and powers will be defined by a standalone law.
