YENİ Parti to Await Constitutional Court Decision on Name Change
Following a notification from the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office to change its name, YENİ Parti has decided to wait for a ruling from the Constitutional Court before making any changes. The party believes its name does not constitute 'deception' under the Political Parties Law.
