2024 Marks Turkey's Hottest Year on Record, 2025 Expected to be the Driest

Turkey recorded an average temperature of 15.6 degrees Celsius in 2024, making it the hottest year on record. Additionally, 2025 is projected to be the driest year since 1964, according to the Meteorological General Directorate's climate analysis report.
