Usman Garuba Suffers Complete Achilles Tendon Rupture, Out for Extended Period

Real Madrid basketball player Usman Garuba has suffered a complete rupture of his Achilles tendon during a Euroleague Final Four semifinal game. The injury will require surgery and is expected to keep the Spanish power forward sidelined for approximately one year.
