Virgil van Dijk to remain captain of Netherlands under coach Xavi Hernández

Virgil van Dijk will continue as captain of the Netherlands national team under new coach Xavi Hernández. Van Dijk confirmed the decision after a conversation with Hernández and has also extended his international career by at least two years.
