Google Adds Gemini-Powered Scam Detection and Security Features to Android

Google is adding an optional Gemini-powered feature to Google Messages that warns users about suspected scams. Android will also gain link checks and protections against call-forwarding fraud and exposed sensitive information during screen sharing.
