Musk Says Ukraine Violated Starlink Terms as Service Restored

Elon Musk said Ukraine violated Starlink’s terms by using the commercial satellite service for offensive drone strikes, and that SpaceX closed the loophole. Ukraine’s president said Starlink and Starshield connections had been restored.
