Nintendo Fined €35 Million in France for Deceptive Practices Over Joy-Con Drift

Nintendo has accepted a €35 million fine in France for deceptive commercial practices related to Joy-Con drift on the original Switch. The French consumer watchdog, DGCCRF, accused the company of concealing controller malfunctions after becoming aware of them.
