Nvidia Requires Cloud Clients to Reserve Most Services for Non-Chinese Customers

Nvidia has reportedly told data center and cloud clients that at least 51% of their services must go to non-Chinese customers. The global rule applies to future contracts and limits Chinese firms’ access to its computing services.
